Colgate:Palmolive Company in Madrid is offering an International Business Development Internship within the EMEA Divisional Customer Development team. Based in Spain, you will work closely with a central team driving commercial strategy across more than 100 countries.

During 12 months, you will gain a 360-degree view of how a global FMCG manages its relationships, monitor turnover, and support global client and internal alignment.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; comfortable collaborating across cultures.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Interest in AI and data transformation within FMCG context.
• Enrolled in a bachelor/master program related to business or analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international customer support by monitoring and aligning commercial agreements across ~30 countries.
• Bridge local teams with data providers and lead internal trainings on tools and data processes.
• Support deployment of strategic initiatives across the EMEA division.
