Colgate-Palmolive Company in Madrid is seeking a Junior Customer Development Manager to support day-to-day execution and negotiate with key customers, building long-term partnerships and maximizing sales opportunities across Hill's brands.

You will manage relationships with national and regional accounts, analyze performance, support annual business plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and ensure Perfect Store execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English required for communication with key customers.
• Minimum 2 years in commercial roles (Sales/Trade Marketing/Category Management).
• Experience with pet care or pet specialty customers is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; Google Workspace familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day relationships with national and regional key accounts.
• Lead negotiations within guidelines and with Senior CDT Lead alignment.
• Support annual joint business plans with key and regional accounts.
• Analyze performance trends and monitor KPIs to improve results.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure Perfect Store execution.
