Job summary

MiiN Korean Cosmetics in Barcelona is seeking a driven Social Media & Content Specialist to grow the French market across Instagram and TikTok. You will craft native content, translate and localize copy, and coordinate with creators to amplify brand activations.

You will join a fast-growing beauty company with a hybrid office in the center of Barcelona, a formative contract, and opportunities to develop skills in performance marketing, localization, and brand collaborations.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with deep understanding of the French market.
• Proficient in English or Spanish.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or similar within last 2 years (eligible for Contrato Formativo).
• Experience in social media management and content creation across Instagram/TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy for the French market across Instagram and TikTok.
• Produce native social content and edit videos using CapCut/Canva.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity in beauty.
• Manage daily community interactions and live sessions.
• Coordinate with external UGC creators from outreach to validation.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to monthly reports.
• Write and adapt copy for banners, landing pages, and pages.
• Translate and localize product descriptions for B2C/B2B.

Contract

1-year Formative Contract (Contrato Formativo en Prácticas). Must have completed university/official studies within the last two years and not have had a previous contrato en prácticas.

Reporting to

Growth Marketing Manager

Daily tasks

Social Media & Community

• Develop, plan, and execute the social media strategy and monthly content calendar for the French market across Instagram and TikTok.
• Produce native social content (face‑to‑camera videos, voice‑overs, short‑form video) and edit videos dynamically using CapCut/Canva.
• Act as a trend scout, monitoring social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats in the beauty sector.
• Manage daily community interactions (comments, DMs, questions) and moderate Instagram Live sessions.
• Manage relationships and briefings with external UGC creators from outreach to content validation.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to monthly reporting to optimize content.

Web Content & Localization

• Write and adapt copy for website banners, landing pages, and key commercial pages.
• Translate and localize product descriptions for B2C and B2B websites, maintaining the brand's tone of voice.

Performance Marketing Content

• Develop engaging newsletters aligned with monthly activations and commercial priorities.
• Write platform‑adapted copy and messaging angles for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Benchmark competitors to identify best practices and optimize performance marketing content.

Brand Collaborations & Local Activations

• Proactively identify, reach out to, and manage co‑branding collaborations with local partners.
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and trade fairs for the French market.

Minimum Requirements

• Native French speaker with a deep understanding of the French market and its cultural nuances.
• Professional proficiency in English or Spanish (essential).
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or similar fields completed within the last 2 years (eligible for Contrato Formativo en Practicas).
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and solid knowledge of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, video editing tools).
• Excellent writing skills with strong creative sensitivity, able to adapt tone and style across different channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
• Curious, proactive, and trend‑driven, eager to learn and grow within an international team.
• Available to start immediately.
