Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Junior Account Manager to grow a portfolio across the Nordics and Benelux. You will manage key accounts, drive revenue, and own the full sales cycle from lead to order while collaborating with senior stakeholders across industries like automotive and robotics.

Candidate should have 3+ years in sales/account management, strong English, and willingness to travel occasionally to Europe. Remote work is supported with a Sales Leader reporting line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or account management with a track record in large/strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing account plans and growing revenue.
• Knowledge of metalworks, 3D printing, or injection molding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic accounts in Nordics and Benelux.
• Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships and drive repeat orders.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to order placement and renewals.
• Serve as the trusted contact for senior stakeholders through project lifecycle.
• Acquire new strategic accounts and build a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Convert warm leads into long-term relationships and maintain CRM records.
