Xometry Europe GmbH is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support growth across the Nordics and Benelux region. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts among market leaders, driving repeat, high-value orders and collaborating with teams to expand share of wallet.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or account management, with English fluency and Nordic language skills a plus. This is a remote role with occasional international travel, reporting to the Sales Leader.

Competenze

• 3+ years in sales or account management.
• Proven track record growing large or strategic accounts.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills a plus.

Mansioni

• Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic accounts across Nordic and Benelux regions.
• Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships and secure repeat orders.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to order placement.
• Serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acquire new strategic accounts and build a robust pipeline.
• Convert incoming warm leads into long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share best practices with junior AMs.
