UST España & Latam en Madrid busca talento para soporte de aplicaciones en entorno bancario. Puesto híbrido, 3 días en oficina, 2 de teletrabajo, posibilidad de relocation.

Gestionar incidencias, coordinar con equipos y cubrir guardias semanales 7x24. Se valorará experiencia en Unix, Windows Server y conocimiento de Java/BD/AWA. Inglés suficiente, alemán deseable.

Formación

• Experiencia profesional en soporte de aplicaciones.
• Se valora conocimiento de entornos bancarios.
• Inglés suficiente; alemán deseable.

Responsabilidades

• Garantizar el funcionamiento de las aplicaciones bancarias (soporte de segundo nivel).
• Procesar incidencias generadas por sistemas de monitorización y el service desk local dentro de SLAs.
• Coordinar comunicaciones entre incident managers, responsables de servicios y 3er nivel.

What we look for?

We are looking for Application Operations Support , to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support)
• Processing of incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAs
• Performing coordination / communication tasks between incident managers, applications service owners, 3rd-level support and other IT / Business stakeholders
• Takeover of periodical on-call duty (weekly 7x24)

What do we expect from you?

• Professional experience in application support
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Windows OS at server level
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English, German an advantage

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Ideally, experience in banking with a knowledge of financial products
• Process-oriented and analytical approach
