MindMatch busca un Desarrollador Backend Java para un proyecto con clientes internacionales en wealth management. El puesto es híbrido en Madrid (3 días en oficina, 2 días teletrabajo) y permite relocation.

Se busca dominio de Java, REST, integración de servicios y experiencia con Oracle DB y Kafka. Trabajarás con Eclipse IDE, diseñando y probando código con responsabilidad para garantizar calidad.

Formación

• Experiencia en Java back-end y desarrollo de servicios REST.
• Conocimientos de bases de datos Oracle y SQL.
• Experiencia con Kafka y mensajería asíncrona.
• Capacidad para diseñar y ejecutar pruebas, y asumir QA cuando no haya equipo dedicado.
• Trabajo en entornos internacionales y colaboración con stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir en un proyecto de wealth management para un cliente global.
• Colaborar con IT y stakeholders de negocio para entregar soluciones.
• Diseñar, crear y ejecutar pruebas funcionales/integración, con validación del propio desarrollo.
• Mantener la calidad y estabilidad de las aplicaciones antes de la entrega.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Java Backend Developer to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company.

Work model is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open for relocation!

Note: We will provide training on the Actico Platform

What do we expect from you?

• Java technology stack, software engineering best practices, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of RESTful web service integration.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE for development, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL developmen
• Experience with Kafka is preferred, while exposure to platforms such as IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), RabbitMQ, or similar alternatives will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns, message-driven architectures, and distributed system integration.
• Experience in designing, creating, and executing: Functional testing Integration testing Acceptance testing Mock-up testing Ability to independently define test scenarios, create test data, build mock environments, and thoroughly test their own developments.
• As there will initially be no dedicated QA team, developers will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and validation of their own applications before release.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamic Application Framework (DAF).
• Experience in Business Rule Management, including: Modelling Management Implementation Certifications or training in Visual Rules or Actico Rules.
• Experience with Actico Platform integration, particularly in Workplace-focused environments.
• Personal Attributes Strong communication and collaboration skills with a teamwork-oriented mindset.
