UST busca un profesional para dar soporte de operaciones de aplicaciones en un entorno bancario, con modelo híbrido en Madrid: 3 días en oficina y 2 días en casa. Se valorará experiencia en incidents, coordinación entre equipos y disponibilidad para guardias.

Formación

• Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones.
• Conocimientos de Unix (shell scripting es una ventaja).
• Conocimiento de Windows OS a nivel servidor.
• Conocimientos de servidor de aplicaciones Java / base de datos / AWA es una ventaja.
• Buen inglés escrito y hablado; alemán es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Garantizar el funcionamiento de las aplicaciones bancarias centrales en gestión de incidencias (soporte de 2º nivel).
• Procesar tickets de incidentes generados por sistemas de monitorización y el service desk local dentro de SLA.
• Coordinar entre incident managers, propietarios de servicios, soporte de 3er nivel y otras partes interesadas IT/negocio.
• Asignación de guardia periódica (on-call) semanal 7x24.

What we look for?

We are looking for Application Operations Support , to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support)
• Processing of incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAs
• Performing coordination / communication tasks between incident managers, applications service owners, 3rd-level support and other IT / Business stakeholders
• Takeover of periodical on-call duty (weekly 7x24)

What do we expect from you?

• Professional experience in application support
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Windows OS at server level
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English, German an advantage

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Ideally, experience in banking with a knowledge of financial products
• Process-oriented and analytical approach
