Werfen is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays across Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care. You will address break/fix issues, guide customers through troubleshooting, and conduct in-depth error investigations to resolve issues before escalation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques.
• Fluency in Spanish; English skills for technical content.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Interact with customers via phone or electronic channels to resolve inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through issues, referring on-site actions when needed.
• Suggest improvements to customer service processes and follow up on resolutions.
