Werfen is seeking an HelpLine Application Support Specialist to deliver technical and application support for instrumentation and assays across Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care. You will handle break/fix issues, troubleshooting, and complex error investigations via phone and remote access, interacting with clinical, technical and managerial stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences.
• Knowledge of Point of Care and blood gas devices.
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques.
• Experience in technical and clinical support in Hemostasis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Interact directly with customers via phone and remote access tools.
• Address break/fix issues and troubleshoot configuration problems.
• Investigate errors and escalate to Field Service Engineers when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with technical knowledge and attend training sessions.
