Werfenlife SA. is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist in Barcelona, Spain. This role will provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays related to Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences and have excellent communication skills in Spanish. The position plays a key role in customer satisfaction through effective support delivery.

Team collaboration and a proactive approach are essential, along with occasional travel within Spain for training and site visits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Point of Care and blood gas devices.
• Experience in technical and clinical support in Hemostasis will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interact directly with customers and colleagues via phone or electronic channels.
• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Manage manufacturer complaints and offer appropriate alternatives or solutions.
