Werfen is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays related to Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care products. You will handle break/fix issues, configuration problems, and guide customers through troubleshooting steps via phone and remote access tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Point of Care and blood gas devices.
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques.
• Experience in technical and clinical support in Hemostasis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers via phone or electronic channels.
• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Offer accurate, complete, and relevant information to resolve technical or application-related issues, proposing solutions in case of product malfunction.
• Refer issues to Field Service Engineer or Field Application Specialist when on-site action is needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, involving the right specialists to ensure proper customer service.
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
