Werfen is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays within Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care.

You will handle break/fix, configuration issues, and troubleshooting, interact with clinical and commercial stakeholders by phone and remote tools, and escalate when needed to Field Service Engineers. This role contributes to customer satisfaction through timely, accurate support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Fluency in Spanish; strong English skills for technical content.
• Experience in technical and clinical support in laboratory/hospital environments preferred.
