Werfen in Spain is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays related to Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care products.

You will address break/fix issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and conduct in-depth error investigations before escalating to Application Specialists or Field Service Engineers. Strong communication with clinical, technical and managerial stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Point of Care and blood gas devices.
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques.
• Experience in technical and clinical support in Hemostasis will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Interact with customers via phone or electronic channels.
• Greet customers and determine the nature of their inquiry.
• Offer accurate, complete information to resolve issues and propose solutions.
• Escalate on-site actions to Field Service Engineer or Field Application Specialist when needed.
• Identify customer needs to ensure high satisfaction and manage workflows to meet response times.
• Support the Sales Department with scientific and technical input.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on technologies and processes.
