Werfen is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays across Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care. You will interact with clinicians and commercial teams by phone and remote access, diagnose issues, guide troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary to Field Service Engineers, while building long-term customer trust.

The role requires Spanish fluency, knowledge of POC devices, and a proactive, service‑oriented

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Point of Care and blood gas devices.
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques.
• Experience in technical and clinical support in Hemostasis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers and colleagues via phone or electronic channels.
• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Escalate on-site issues to Field Service Engineer or Field Application Specialist when needed.
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
• Support Sales with scientific and technical input.
• Follow Werfen's communication protocols and policies.
