Gramian Consultancy seeks a Senior ITOM Specialist to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM capabilities for hybrid IT environments. You will lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management initiatives to improve visibility and operational efficiency for large enterprise clients.

The role requires 5+ years with ServiceNow ITOM, hands-on MID Servers, REST/SOAP integrations, and strong Azure experience in an English‑speaking environment with a hybrid Valencia base.

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop and improve the CMDB to ensure accurate service and infrastructure data.
• Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace.
• Support cloud infrastructure management, particularly within Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve IT operations.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
• Follow ITIL best practices while working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Role Overview

Our client is a global technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise IT operations and cloud management solutions for large international organizations. Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.

We are looking for a Senior ITOM Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and IT infrastructure automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management capabilities, helping customers improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational efficiency across hybrid cloud environments.

Contract: Contractor

Commitment: Full-time

Location: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid / Primarily On-site)

Process: 2 Client Interview Process

Note: English‑speaking environment. Spanish is not needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITOM
• Hands‑on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and governance
• Experience configuring and managing MID Servers
• Experience developing integrations using JavaScript, REST, and SOAP
• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or other enterprise monitoring platforms
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITOM, or equivalent)
• Experience working with large enterprise IT environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and cloud operations
