ITAM Solutions in Valencia is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a collaborative, international team and help shape scalable solutions for healthcare, finance, and high-tech clients. You will build and customize ServiceNow workflows, integrate systems, and translate business needs into efficient technical implementations, while staying current with platform releases and best practices.

What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where you work on impactful projects for clients in healthcare, finance, and high-tech industries. Your role includes building and improving workflows, integrating systems, and turning business needs into technical solutions that are future-proof and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform;
• Configuring and implementing out-of-the-box ServiceNow modules, such as SAM Pro and ITOM;
• Writing and maintaining JavaScript code;
• Translating business requirements into clear technical implementations;
• Collaborating with consultants and stakeholders in both Spain and the Netherlands;
• Participating in testing, documentation, and ongoing platform improvement;
• Staying up to date with ServiceNow best practices and platform releases.

What You Bring

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript;
• Genuine interest in ServiceNow development and motivation to grow;
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
• Solid communication and team collaboration abilities.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITAM platforms;
• Experience with or interest in implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro or ITOM modules;
• Affinity with web development or data modelling;
• Understanding of ITIL or IT asset management concepts;
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
