Align Technology is seeking an iTero Specialized Territory Manager to spearhead market entry and development for the North of Spain. You will lead planning, account relationships and education initiatives across Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Pais Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, Burgos, Palencia and León.

You will own the business strategy, drive growth, and collaborate with customers to maximize adoption of iTero intraoral scanners and OrthoCAD digital services, while managing the marketing budget and

Formación

• +4 years of commercial experience in dental implantology or prosthetic market.
• Proven track record of consistent on target performance in dental sector.
• Education to at least degree level with BS or BA preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to travel within the country.
• Project oriented / hands-on attitude.
• Strong customer focus aligned with business strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the business to achieve the Operational Plan in line with company objectives.
• Develop a growth-oriented strategy for the North Spain area within the dental market.
• Identify core markets with highest profitability opportunities.
• Manage product turnover and marketing budget.
• Set up training programs and educate customers.
• Market Align products as a differentiator from competitors.
• Analyze market and competition and adjust strategies to win market share.
• Develop innovative strategies to position Align as market and innovation leader.
