Sesame HR is hiring a Marketing Specialist for Italy to own brand presence, social media, events, and PR. You’ll collaborate across Growth, Sales, and Design to build a native Italian market voice and drive opportunities.

You’ll work with a hybrid setup from Spain-based offices, adapting global campaigns to Italy and shaping local content that resonates with Italian customers and media.

Qualifications

• Native Italian with fluent Spanish and professional English.
• 3+ years in marketing, communications, or social media, ideally in B2B/SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience leading a brand’s social media strategy and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Italy social media ownership: define strategy, tone, and platforms.
• Create end-to-end content with scripts, copy, and visuals for Italy.
• Organize events and collaborate with Spain teams for brand activation.
• Build media relations, write pitches, and manage PR pieces in Italy.
• Collaborate with Growth on campaigns and ensure native Italian messaging.
