Job summary

Sesame HR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to build and own the brand presence in Italy, based in Spain. You’ll manage Italy social media, events, and PR, working with Growth to drive business in the Italian market.

The role requires native Italian, fluent Spanish, professional English, 3+ years in marketing, and a track record in B2B/SaaS brand programs. Travel to Italy and Spain is expected.

Qualifications

• Native Italian and fluent Spanish; professional English.
• 3+ years in marketing, communication, or social media.
• Proven experience leading a brand’s social media: strategy, content creation, and measurement.
• Knowledge of the Italian media, events ecosystem.
• Excellent writing in Italian and ability to adapt tone to each channel.
• Comfort creating short-form video for each platform.
• Willingness to travel to Italy and within Spain for events.

Responsibilities

• Own Italy social media strategy and editorial calendar.
• Create end-to-end content across formats with design support.
• Adapt global campaigns to the Italian market.
• Manage community and collaborations with Italian voices.
• Measure reach, engagement, leads; report insights.
• Coordinate with events and PR to align campaigns.
• Support Growth with local context and assets.
