Job summary

MyTraffic seeks a Customer Success Manager for Madrid/Barcelona, focusing on the France region and growth with AI-enabled location intelligence. You will own adoption, drive value, and manage a diverse portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, coordinating with sales, product, and support teams to maximize client success.

The role requires 3+ years in a CSM role, fluency in French and English, and a strong passion for AI tools. Occasional on-site client visits are expected in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a B2B SaaS CSM role with complex solutions.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio and drive adoption.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver adoption and value through AI-powered location insights for clients.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and drive account plans with Sales.
• Be the internal voice for client needs to product teams and other functions.
• Onboard, activate and monitor usage across the client portfolio.
• Identify upsell opportunities and gather testimonials to showcase outcomes.
