Qualifications

• Native-level Italian is required.
• Very high level of Spanish and English is required.
• Good skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Past experience in customer service is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit target doctors and manage participation in market research studies via phone and email.
• Assist with project set-ups and field analysis.
• Invite and follow-up HCPs to ensure study progress and deadlines.
• Manage invitation templates and prepare sample lists.
• Promote HCP collaboration and maintain multi-cultural communication in a cross-functional team.
• Support transition to the Incentive Program and ensure compliance with local regulations.
