IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Medical Affairs (Regulatory) French Speaker to support Compliance Services clients. The role requires handling HCP contracting, grants management, and reporting using IQVIA tools with high accuracy and confidentiality.

You will communicate with HCPs, ensure timely contract execution, and maintain the quality and integrity of project files while collaborating with the Client Service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science is mandatory.
• 3+ years related work experience.
• French and English at advanced levels.
• Experience with contracts management or reports analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• HCP Contracting and Grants Management: create contracts for HCPs using templates; communicate with HCPs; obtain signatures and answer questions.
• Communicate requests clearly; provide status updates to team; ensure high-quality work while adhering to confidentiality and IP policies.
• Respond to client requests for customized reports and reformat files (Access, Excel) for IQVIA systems; maintain file integrity and quality.
