Educatius Group in Barcelona is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for the Global Admissions Hub to manage daily operations for high school programs supporting Italian-speaking exchange students. You will guide applicants through applications, visas, flights, placements, and pre-departure needs, ensuring a smooth journey for families.

The role involves CRM maintenance, travel coordination, and stakeholder liaison, with travel opportunities.

Formación

• Fluent Italian and advanced English required; other languages a plus.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience living, studying, or working abroad is a plus.
• Outgoing, organized, and able to prioritize in busy times.
• Customer-facing mindset with professionalism and positivity; CRM familiarity expected.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to hand off new students into Operations smoothly.
• Be an expert on admissions processes and liaise with receiving organizations.
• Guide students and guardians through applications, ensuring timely documentation.
• Manage placements, travel logistics, visas, and pre-departure orientations.
• Maintain CRM with students' progress and status.
• Serve as main contact for students and guardians throughout enrolment.
• Represent Educatius at events and build relationships with families and organizations.
• Contribute to pre-departure meetings and develop internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences.

Join our Global Admissions Hub in Barcelona to manage day-to-day operations for high school programs supporting Italian-speaking exchange students.

You will handle every step of the admission process (including applications, visas, flights, placements) ensuring students and families feel confident about every step of the way.

This role sits at the heart of what we do, crafting smooth journeys that let young people focus on personal growth, new friendships, and discovery abroad.

What you will do

• Partner with our Sales offices to hand off new students seamlessly into Operations.

• Be an expert on admissions processes for our destinations and liaise with receiving organizations.

• Guide exchange students and their guardians through applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and on time.

• Handle operational steps like placements, flights, visas, and support with pre-departure orientations.

• Keep our CRM up to date with each student's progress and status.

• Be the go-to contact for students and guardians throughout their enrolment process, offering steady support.

• Represent Educatius at events and build relationships with families and organizations.

• Be part of our pre-departure meetings for students and families.

• Create guidelines and procedures for internal teams or external use.

• Collaborate with international colleagues and partners to deliver standout experience.

Practical information

Contract: Permanent, full-time, with 2-month probation period.
