Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to join our Social Media Customer Support team. You will assist customers via social media and digital channels, delivering efficient solutions and an excellent customer experience.

The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Formación

• Fluent Italian is required for both written and spoken communication.
• English level B1/B2 or higher is required.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
