Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Social Media Advisor to support customers via social media and digital channels, resolving enquiries and delivering an outstanding experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian with English at least B1/B2, and a typing speed of 20+ wpm. Applicants must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role offers 12 months, 40 hours per week, with relocation support and health insurance.

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in September & October. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
