Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Social Media Advisor who is fluent in Italian with strong communication skills. You will support customers across social media and digital channels, resolve inquiries, and deliver outstanding service.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal, available in September or October, and willing to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts. The role includes training, relocation support, and health insurance.

Formación

• Fluent Italian, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2 proficiency.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in September & October. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
€1,040.68 gross/month + performance bonus(to be disclosed).
