The Social Hub in Barcelona is offering an IT Service Desk Intern position for 5-6 months starting February 2027. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, log tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn IT support in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ staff and hotels.
• Log, track, and follow up on support tickets.
• Assist with hardware/software issues and system setups.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and manage IT stock.
