Ecolab in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing & Sales Trainee to gain hands-on experience in a global company and contribute to cross-functional projects in a collaborative, international environment.

You will support strategic initiatives in commercial development, sustainability and internal engagement, develop project management and communication skills, and benefit from our hybrid working model and flexible schedule aligned with your studies.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related studies.
• Good level of English (minimum B2).
• Strong interest in Marketing, Sales and Project Management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.

Responsabilidades

• Support project management activities related to Ops Council and cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in Water Circularity projects and support cross-selling pipeline tracking.
• Assist with internal communication for ongoing projects (presentations, materials and updates).
• Support coordination of Employee Resource Groups activities.
• Collaborate on creation of marketing and sales materials.
• Provide organizational and administrative support across initiatives.
• Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and workflows.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).

• Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar).

• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment.
