The Social Hub (B Corp™) is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern based in Barcelona for a 5-6 month period starting February 2027. You will be the first point of contact for tech issues, assist with tickets, and learn IT support in a vibrant, international setting.

Join a supportive team at HQ and hotels, gain hands-on experience, and grow your tech skills while working in hybrid hospitality across a dynamic European company.

Qualifications

• Studying Computer Science or related field.
• Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus.
• Cheerful, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Log, track, and follow up on support tickets.
• Manage IT stock control, updating CMDB & Shipping devices to new users.
• Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently.
• Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy.
• Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios.
