Are you looking for a stable IT support role in Palma, Mallorca? A professional association (Col·legi professional) is hiring an IT technician to join their User Support Center (CAU). In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in assisting community pharmacies across the Balearic Islands with electronic prescription systems, while providing internal IT support. If you want to apply your technical skills within the local healthcare and professional sector, this position offers a permanent contract starting December 2026.

Your day-to-day tasks will center on resolving technical incidents and maintaining smooth operations:

• Act as a helpdesk operator at the CAU, providing direct remote support to community pharmacies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents related to the Balearic electronic prescription system, interoperability protocols, and European e-prescription workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the New Technologies Department to resolve internal user tickets and technical issues.
• Ensure high service quality, clear communication, and timely resolution for both external clients and internal team members.

To be considered for this role, you should fulfill the following criteria:

• Completed higher vocational training (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior) in an IT-related field (such as network systems administration, application development, or telecommunications).
• At least 12 months of relevant work experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Catalan language proficiency at level C1.
• Availability to perform on-call duties when required.

The position offers a solid employment framework with attractive conditions:

• Permanent employment contract (indefinit) on a full-time schedule.
• Gross annual salary of 26,112.80 EUR, distributed across 14 paychecks.
• Rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday: morning shift from 08:00 to 16:00 or afternoon shift from 12:00 to 20:00.
