Mallorca Map in Palma is seeking an Accounting Technician to oversee daily financial operations and support community-focused initiatives.

You will prepare and maintain accounting documentation, manage economic justification and financial reporting for social projects, respond to client inquiries, and ensure accurate records and smooth workflows. Proficiency in Office suites and A3 software is valued, with Catalan/English as assets.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven accounting experience.

An established private entity operating in social, sociocultural, and community services is offering a dynamic position for an Accounting Technician in Mallorca. In this role, you will play an essential part in overseeing financial clarity and supporting community-focused initiatives right in the heart of Palma.

As an Accounting Technician, you will take charge of essential daily financial operations and ensure all documentation meets required standards. Your main tasks will include:

• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive accounting and financial documentation.
• Managing the complete economic justification and financial reporting for social projects.
• Providing clear, helpful attention and service to clients and key stakeholders on financial inquiries.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth administrative workflows.

To be considered for this role, you should have a solid foundation in accounting practices and project management support. The requirements for this job include:

• A University Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or a similar field.
• A minimum of 24 months (2 years) of proven experience in accounting roles.
• Full command and fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in standard digital productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with A3 accounting software or similar financial management software will be highly valued.
• An intermediate level of Catalan and English will also be considered an asset.

Here is what is offered with this position in Palma:

• An attractive gross annual salary of 27,540 EUR, in accordance with the Social Intervention collective agreement.
• A regular full-time work schedule from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 09:00 to 14:30, giving you early Friday afternoons.
