BESTSELLER TECH is looking for an IT Supporter to join our Malaga office and provide first-line IT support to colleagues across BESTSELLER. The role focuses on phone and chat assistance, troubleshooting, and helping with equipment and setups.

You will be part of a cross-country Service Desk team, collaborating with IT colleagues in multiple countries while ensuring fast, reliable support and clear documentation.

Formación

• Have an IT support education or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on IT support experience, preferably from a service desk or similar environment.
• Comfortable working with Windows 11, macOS and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Providing first-level IT support and troubleshooting to colleagues by phone and chat.
• Helping colleagues with IT equipment, workplace setups and everyday technical issues.
• Registering and following up on support cases and ensuring relevant documentation is kept up to date.
• Guiding colleagues towards relevant self-service options and sharing knowledge within the team.
• Contributing to consistent support practices and improvements across the team.
