The Bicester Collection is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support across the Village, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient IT services for our teams. You will handle first and second-line support, troubleshoot devices, and support IT projects while providing guidance on new technologies.

We value 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams and AD, plus experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in an IT Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams and Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
