The Bicester Collection in Madrid, Spain is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on, end-to-end IT support for our Village teams. You will ensure secure, reliable IT services, deploy devices, and support global IT projects from a local hub.

We value 2+ years in IT support, strong Microsoft 365/AD knowledge, familiarity with Azure/Intune/SCCM/Exchange, and excellent customer service with fluent English.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in an IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams and Active Directory
• Experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices and network issues
