The Bicester Collection in Madrid, Spain is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on, end-to-end IT support for our Village teams. You will ensure secure, reliable IT services, deploy devices, and support global IT projects from a local hub.
We value 2+ years in IT support, strong Microsoft 365/AD knowledge, familiarity with Azure/Intune/SCCM/Exchange, and excellent customer service with fluent English.
Formación
- 2+ years' experience in an IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams and Active Directory
- Experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Responsabilidades
- Deliver first and second-line IT support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices and network issues
- Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment
- Support local and global IT projects, testing and rollouts
- Provide training and guidance to employees on new technologies
- Act as the local IT point of contact, ensuring a high-quality user experience
