ESP Global Services in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Engineer to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across enterprise IT operations. This is an early-career role with hands-on problem solving and on-site work from Monday to Friday.

You will support Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365 while collaborating with a global team to keep business running smoothly.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
• Proficient Spanish and English (C1 - C2)
• Good command of Windows O/S
• Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
• Wireless networking knowledge
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
• Experience with Active Directory
• Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
• Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
• Manage Active Directory tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
