Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking an IT Maintenance Technician to support our Data Center Operations. You will perform hands-on hardware maintenance, install servers, replace components, and troubleshoot failures to keep AWS infrastructure running smoothly.

The role requires working a shift rotation including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and access to reliable transport to our site. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver reliable, secure infrastructure.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands-on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.

Please note that this role involves working on a shift rotation that includes working early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Our sites are often in areas without public transportation links and would require access to your own transportation to the work location.

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of server hardware and components
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
