Flywire is seeking an autonomous, forward-thinking IT Support Engineer II based in Valencia to drive operational excellence within our global IT Operations team.

You will be the face of IT for our Valencia Hub, providing high-touch technical support, ensuring a smooth digital workplace for all employees, and balancing hands-on troubleshooting with core SaaS administration and asset lifecycle management.

Formación

• 3+ years in a technical IT support or engineering role within a fast-paced Tech or FinTech environment.
• Hands-on experience administering and securing macOS and Windows endpoints, with exposure to Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-Day Troubleshooting & Support for local on-site employees and remote global workforce.
• First-Line Access Governance: IAM standards and SOC2/User Access Reviews oversight.
