Flywire is seeking an Application Support Engineer II in Valencia to join our AI‑driven tech ecosystem. You will triage Tier‑2 bugs, read code for root causes, and collaborate with backend and frontend squads to stabilize the platform.

You will apply AI tools to automate workflows, build scripts, and improve support infrastructure while translating complex behaviors into concise docs for Tier‑1 teams.

Formación

• 1–5 years in software development, application support, or similar.
• Ability to read code, understand logic and navigate databases.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Triages and resolves Tier‑2 internal application bugs by analyzing code, logs, and data flows.
• Partner with backend/frontend squads, isolate Tier‑3 bugs, and support DB changes.
• Leverages AI tools to automate workflows and improve support efficiency.
• Translates complex system behavior into clear technical docs for Tier‑1 teams.
