Technosylva is seeking an IT Systems & Operations Engineer in Spain to contribute hands-on systems engineering and lead AI initiatives. The role blends IT operations with desktop support, focusing on building AI tools to automate workflows.

You will work with a global IT team and support handling day-to-day operations, including onboarding and endpoint management. The role supports multiple SaaS tools, identity/SSO implementations, and cross-region collaboration, with regular late-evening

Formación

• 5+ years experience on IT teams at technology companies.
• Experience building AI agents and AI workflows.
• Strong admin knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Suite, Notion.
• Experience with SSO/SAML integrations (Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin).
• Fluent in English and able to overlap with US teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI readiness projects and build AI workflows company wide.
• Configure and administer key SaaS tools across IT and other areas.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and employee IT support at scale.
• Assist with M&A system migration and integration projects.
• Maintain directory services and data Syncs across systems.
• Provide IT support across Spain and broader EMEA, with US overlap.
• Manage device provisioning and lifecycle for company hardware.
• Backup for Spain-based IT engineer during PTO/out-of-office.
