Flywire is seeking an autonomous, forward-thinking IT Support Engineer II based in Valencia to drive operational excellence within our global IT Operations team. You will be the face of IT for our vibrant Valencia Hub, providing high-touch technical support and ensuring a smooth digital workplace for all employees.

You will balance hands-on troubleshooting with core SaaS administration and asset lifecycle management.

Formación

• 3+ years in a technical IT support or engineering role in fintech/tech.
• Hands-on with macOS and Windows endpoints, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira.
• Experience managing hardware lifecycle and vendor coordination.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-touch IT support for local staff and remote global workforce.
• Lead L2 hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Govern access and IAM to support SOC2 compliance and UAR.
• Document SOPs and propose automation to scale workflows.
• Manage user access across Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira.
• Own physical IT hardware lifecycle and asset provisioning.
• Collaborate with global IT teams for infrastructure updates.
