Flywire is seeking an autonomous IT Support Engineer I based in Valencia to drive operational excellence within the global IT Operations team. You will be the face of IT for the Valencia Hub, delivering high‑touch support and ensuring a smooth digital workplace for employees.

Balance hands‑on troubleshooting with SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira), manage hardware lifecycles, and contribute to automation, data integrity, and SOC2 compliance across the global estate.

Formación

• Residence in Valencia or commuting distance to the Valencia office.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) for global collaboration.
• 3+ years in IT support/operations in fast‑paced SaaS/FinTech contexts.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting macOS and Windows.
• SaaS admin experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira.
• Hardware lifecycles, inventory control and vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high‑touch IT support for local teams and global FlyMates.
• Manage identities, access, and security configurations (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira).
• Document SOPs to feed AI tools and automate recurring issues.
• Oversee end‑to‑end hardware operations and asset data integrity.
• Enforce IAM policies and SOC2 alignment; conduct UAR as needed.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to update infrastructure and standards.
