Flywire seeks a strategic and technically grounded Manager II, IT Engineering (Operations & Support) to lead global IT Operations and Regional IT Support from our Valencia HQ, hybrid. You will shift the team from reactive troubleshooting to an engineering-led, proactive operation across Americas, EMEA, APAC.

You will drive AI-driven self-service, SaaS-as-Code with Terraform, and Lean IT practices, aligning business needs with scalable IT solutions while managing audits like SOC2 and access

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT with 4+ years in a formal management role leading international, remote-first technical or support teams.
• Proven SaaS ecosystem management experience (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian).
• Deep understanding of IAM/RBAC logic, distributed IT infrastructures, and User Access Reviews (UAR) / SOC2 compliance.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Global IT Support Leads and a global IT Operations team; establish global SLAs and monitor service delivery.
• Lead AI/AIOps initiatives to build self-service options and reduce escalations.
• Manage Terraform-based, SaaS operations; transition platforms into code-centered management.
• Apply Lean IT to analyze data, streamline processes, and prepare for automation.
• Balance bandwidth across Tier 3 support, end-user support, and strategic projects (M&A integrations, tool consolidations).
• Own Access Recertification, User Access Reviews (UAR), and SOC2 compliance; drive automation to simplify controls.
