Job summary

DFDS Spain is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a multinational IT team. You will provide first- and second-line support for PCs, software, and telephony systems, ensuring rapid response to users and escalation where needed.

The role involves deploying equipment, maintaining inventories, and collaborating with IT colleagues across sites. The position requires at least two years in IT support, with hands-on experience in Microsoft, DNS, Active Directory, Citrix, and LAN patching.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support, with knowledge of Microsoft, DNS, AD, LAN patching and Citrix.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Log and document support calls to aid issue resolution.
• Install and configure operating systems and software to standard.
• Deploy PCs and peripherals, including new installations and redeployments.
• Liaise with IT teams to ensure continuity of service and share knowledge.
