BV Tech está buscando un/a IT Service Operations Support para un puesto presencial en Madrid. Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia y formación técnica, con buen dominio del inglés. Las tareas incluyen gestión de emergencias, mantenimiento de dispositivos, soporte básico de infraestructura y documentación de las acciones realizadas.

Se ofrece contrato de 1 año, formación y certificaciones, y posibilidad de estabilización según desempeño. Salario base desde €25,000 al año.

Formación

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Título o diploma en un campo técnico o científico.
• Excelente conocimiento de inglés.
• Conocimiento sólido de Windows y Linux.
• Buen entendimiento de fundamentos de redes.
• Habilidad para resolver problemas de hardware y software.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de emergencias: responder rápidamente a situaciones de emergencia.
• Mantenimiento y actualizaciones de dispositivos y software de seguridad.
• Soporte técnico básico para problemas de infraestructura.
• Registrar y documentar monitorización y acciones tomadas.

If you are passionate about technology, you are in the right place! We are looking for an exceptional IT Technician to expand our team.

Your responsibilities

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.

What were looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows, Linux)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving
