BV TECH is expanding its IT Service Operations team for a client located in Lisbon, with the position based in Madrid. The IT Technician role requires enthusiasm for technology and offers a fixed-term contract with potential stabilization, starting salary around €25,000 per year.

Responsibilities include emergency response, maintenance of security devices, basic infrastructure support, and detailed reporting of monitoring activities.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows and Linux).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations.
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software.
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution.
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.
