BV TECH Group in Spain is seeking an IT Service Operations Support to join a client project in Lisbon. The role focuses on emergency response, maintenance of security devices, basic infrastructure support, and precise reporting.

You should have at least 1 year in a similar role, a technical degree, strong English, and good knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking. The contract is 1 year with potential stabilization, starting at €25,000 per year.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations.
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software.
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution.
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.
