BV Tech S.p.A., una empresa de servicios de ingeniería e ICT, busca expandir su equipo para un cliente ubicado en Lisboa con un rol de IT Service Operations. Buscamos un técnico informático para ampliar nuestro equipo y atender operaciones de servicios IT.

Si te apasiona la tecnología, este es el lugar adecuado. Ofrecemos contrato de 1 año con posibilidad de estabilización, formación y certificaciones, y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional continuo.

Formación

• 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Dominio del inglés.
• Conocimientos sólidos de Windows y Linux.
• Conocimientos de fundamentos de redes.
• Capacidad para resolución de problemas de hardware y software.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de emergencias: responder rápidamente a emergencias.
• Mantenimiento y actualizaciones: contribuir al mantenimiento y actualización de dispositivos de seguridad y software.
• Soporte técnico: brindar soporte básico para problemas de infraestructura.
• Registro e informe: documentar de forma detallada las monitorizaciones y acciones tomadas.

Position

BV Tech S.p.A., an engineering and ICT services company, is looking to expand its team for a client located in Lisbon an IT Service Operations

If you are passionate about technology, you are in the right place! We are looking for an exceptional IT Technician to expand our team.

Your responsibilities

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.

What were looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows, Linux)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving
