Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to be the first point of contact for HQ and hotel staff in Barcelona. You’ll handle tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software, and learn IT support in a vibrant, international environment during a 5–6 month internship starting February 2027.

You’re studying Computer Science or a related field with some IT support exposure, you’re cheerful and detail oriented, and you communicate clearly in English (local language a bonus).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support for HQ staff and hotels.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Log, track and follow up on support tickets.
• Assist with system setups, updates and maintenance.
• Help manage IT stock and CMDB entries.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues quickly.
